The open-air cinema offers a Covid-safe viewing experience for people who still adhere to social distancing measures.
Parking spaces and handicapped accessible toilets are available on site. During the demonstration, hot meals and non-alcoholic beverages as well as alcohol will be served. Guests are also encouraged to bring their own picnics on-site.
Tickets cost £ 34 for a family ticket (2 adults, 2 children), £ 14 for an adult and £ 9 per child.
A £ 4 deposit is required to reserve tickets through Eventbrite. Guests will then have to pay the remainder of their fee at the door should the event take place.
The event will not take place in heavy rain, but Open Air Film & Chill has confirmed that a full refund will be given if the screening is canceled.
Given the unpredictable weather around Halloween, they said on their website, “Depending on the weather, we recommend that you bring warm clothing, a flashlight, extra layers and suitable footwear with you for the day.”
It should be noted that barbecues are not permitted on the premises and drunk and untidy people are asked to leave the premises.
The organizers made it clear that no seating is provided so guests will have to bring their own. Please bring either camping chairs or picnic blankets.
