A £ 4 deposit is required to reserve tickets through Eventbrite. Guests will then have to pay the remainder of their fee at the door should the event take place.

The event will not take place in heavy rain, but Open Air Film & Chill has confirmed that a full refund will be given if the screening is canceled.

Given the unpredictable weather around Halloween, they said on their website, “Depending on the weather, we recommend that you bring warm clothing, a flashlight, extra layers and suitable footwear with you for the day.”
