The Athletic Club at The Westin is hosting several special fitness events this July, including a Run & Rosé 5K Walk / Run on Wednesday July 14th and an Amplified Yoga Flow fundraiser on Wednesday July 28th to benefit the Community Market, The food aid offers here in our Vail Valley Community.
Run & Ros̩ 5K Walk / Run РWednesday 14 July at 5 p.m.
Join Fitness Manager Lauren Warkentin and RunWESTIN Concierge Mike Dorr for a sociable 3 mile run or stroll! FREE and open to everyone, Run & Rosé starts at 5:00 p.m. at the fitness desk. Both 3K and 5K courses are offered that run along the Eagle River Cycle Path and around Avon’s Nottingham Lake.
Then stay for a free glass of rose wine and a raffle with great prizes from partners Lululemon, Hush Chocolates, Peak Performance Footwear and Sawatch Hemp.

Increased Yoga Flow – Wednesday, July 28th at 5 p.m.
Yoga instructor Joe Joe Malone will lead this outdoor flow course with DJ Pippen turning soft electronic tunes to reinforce the course. This course is a community fundraiser with a suggested US $ 20 cash donation to directly support the community market – a partnership between the Eagle Valley Community Foundation, the Food Bank of the Rockies, the Eagle County Government, Vail Resorts and a number of other nonprofit nonprofit groups to provide local food aid.
