Local Life: Post Malone is coming to Columbia, Richland One is hosting a careers fair this week, and more!

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) – Music fans will get their money’s worth this fall at Colonial Life Arena. Singer-songwriter Post Malone is coming to the Midlands to extend his Twelve Carat Tour with Roddy Ricch. The tour follows Post Malone’s new album release of Twelve Carat Toothache.

The concert will take place on Saturday October 15th at the Colonial Life Arena in Columbia. Tickets go on sale this Friday 17th June at 10am so don’t wait to get yours!

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) – Prime Time in the Parks is back for another summer in the capital. The free events for young people will run until August 19th.

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) – Richland School District One is hosting a summer job fair this week. It’s taking place this Thursday, June 16 from 10am to 1pm in the gym at Eau Claire High School. They are looking for certified teachers and teacher assistants, as well as bus and truck drivers, janitors, nurses and social workers. Walk-ins are welcome, but you will be asked to complete a Richland One application before attending. Visit our website abc columbia dot com for more information.

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO) – If teaching isn’t quite your pace, the Lexington County Detention Center is hiring, too. They are also hosting a job fair this month. It will be held at 521 Gibson Road next Wednesday 22nd June from 1pm to 4pm. They have MPs ready to talk to you about available career opportunities, prison tours and job applications all ready for you.
