Local Kentucky Veterans Group Holds Concert for the Benefit of Tornado Victims

American Veterans (AMVETS) members will host a benefit concert at the organization’s facility dedicated to the organization’s primary mission: serving American veterans, their families, and the communities in which they live.

American Veterans from Post 119 will host a benefit concert on December 18 at 12 p.m. CT to support victims in the Kentucky community hit by tornadoes earlier this month. Cast includes Beyond Blu, Amy Jo Maden, Crooked Eye Tommy, Tommy Stidwell, Kim Grady, Chester Ray and more.

AMVETS organization veterans and musicians are available for interviews, including AMVETS State Commander for Kentucky Bill Adkins and AMVETS National Commander Greg Heun, who will be traveling from Washington, DC to visit his home state. Post members as well as neighboring agencies will be present to support AMVETS ‘primary mission as an organization: to serve American veterans, their families, and the communities in which they live.
